Chicago Agent: 1000M grand opening

“The grand opening kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony where 4th Ward Ald. Lamont Robinson, Time Equities Chairman and CEO Francis Greenburger spoke. “More than 10 years ago, Helmut Jahn and I began discussing our vision for an innovative, iconic residential tower here at 1000 S. Michigan Ave.,” Greenburger said. “Needless to say, we are thrilled with the result – it was certainly a labor of love.” He also cited the help of partners Kara Mann Design, Willow Bridge Properties and McHugh Construction.”
