Michigan Ave. at the western edge of Chicago’s famed Grant Park.” states RE Journals. “1000M will offer 738 apartment homes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, and will feature more than 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including Chicago’s highest rooftop observation deck to be located on the 73rd floor.”
