1000M’s first residents took occupancy on May 1, and the building is now one-third leased. “There’s no residential building of this design, lifestyle experience or service caliber in all of Chicago, or the country for the matter, which is why the leasing team is seeing so much demand,” said Robert Singer, director of development for Time Equities.”
